Terms of use
Last updated: June 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of Mándamele, a beta service for temporary browser-to-browser transfer.
Owner
Mándamele is operated by Lobadina Labs, a sole proprietorship based in Au SG, Switzerland. UID: CHE-400.1.612.224-8. Website: lobadina.ch.
Voluntary use
You use Mándamele because you choose to. By opening or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You decide what you send, receive, download and open.
What Mándamele provides
Mándamele lets you create a temporary code to connect two browsers and move text or files when the connection is available. It is not storage, backup, history, a permanent archive or a tool for critical use.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for having the right to send or receive each item, complying with the law, getting permissions where needed and checking files before opening them. Do not use Mándamele for sensitive, valuable or irreplaceable content unless you fully accept the risk.
Not allowed
You may not use Mándamele for illegal, abusive, deceptive, harmful or invasive activity, to distribute malware, violate third-party rights or interfere with the service or other users.
Beta service
Mándamele is in beta and is provided as is and as available. We may change, limit, suspend or stop offering it at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee availability, delivery, speed, compatibility, content integrity or absolute security.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lobadina Labs is not liable for loss of data or files, loss of profit, interruptions, device or browser failures, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or content sent by users. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for Mándamele during the previous 12 months, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Where legally permitted, any dispute will be handled by the competent courts at the registered seat of Lobadina Labs in Switzerland.
